About Us
We are a team of professionals who share a passion for exploring lucrative opportunities related to commercial real estate in Texas. We provide advice and transaction management to clients who seek to make the right real estate investment in Dallas. The history of FCRES dates back to 2002 with a “skin-in-the-game” real estate investment in Dallas; six years later, following a period of solid real estate returns, FCRES became a mentor to associates looking for passive income investment opportunities derived from commercial real estate in Dallas.
In 2014, FCRES completed a major real estate investment in Texas with the acquisition of more than 130 acres of land. Our first real estate investment in Frisco closed in 2016, and our pipeline of projects has grown considerably ever since reaching more than $180MM in 3 years. We develop multi family properties, retail, office, daycare in Texas primary focus in Dallas FortWorth.
