Overview
226 unit Apartment project is an example of the strategy we apply to develop multi family apartment. Located in Fort Worth close to the Alliance airport we purchased the land for a very under market price and also designed in such a way to get an yield of way more than expected in an 8 acre developable land along a busy neighbourhood.
